If you haven't received a response from us within 48h, there is a good chance that the reply is in your Junk email folder. In most cases this can be avoided by confirming your email with us. 

When you first submit a booking request, you will receive an automated reply asking you to confirm your email address. Note, this automated email may also go to your Junk email folder so please check. 

After confirming your email, all further correspondence should go to to your regular mail box.

Step 1 - Check your Junk email folder for emails from support@dashinka.net. If you find an email, please reply to continue communication.

Step 2 - If  you don't find a reply in your Junk email folder, please reach out to us via Facebook Messenger and we will reply at our earliest opportunity. Note, after our initial reply on FB, all further correspondence will revert back to email. 

You need to be at least 18 years of age to get a tattoo. You will need to bring photo ID (such as Driving License or Passport) to your appointment so that your artist can confirm your age. 

It’s shop policy NOT to tattoo anyone under the age of 18 even with parental consent. 

Yes, but it depends on what the medical condition is. If you have a medical condition  please seek the advice of a medical professional (your GP) prior to booking your appointment. 

We DO NOT accept walk-ins under any circumstances. DASHINKA is strictly by appointment only.

To make an appointment go to the Home Tab and submit the relevant booking request form.

A member of the team will review your information and aim reply with your personalised quotation and available date(s) / time(s) within 48h (this maybe longer during busy periods). 

Once you have chosen your date / time, we‘ll send you a link to pay the booking fee. 

There is standard cost of £10 a Laser Removal Consultation. 

Once your payment has been received,  you’re slot be secured. 

You‘ll receive an email notification once your booking is complete.

Any data you provide DASHINK either via the booking forms, email correspondence or any other communication will only be used for the purpose of your booking. Your information will NEVER be shared with anyone else. 

Tattoo

All tattoo bookings require 20% non-refundable, non-transferable booking fee to secure the appointment. This covers the time taken to create your design and secures your dedicated time slot. Remaining 80% payable at appointment.

Laser Tattoo Removal

An in person consultation is mandatory prior to your first laser tattoo removal session. There is a standard charge of £10 for the consultation which includes a patch test. During your consultation you will be provided a quotation and a treatment plan. A 20% non-refundable, non-transferable booking fee will be required to book your next treatment session. This secures your dedicated time slot. Remaining 80% payable at appointment.

In person consultations are not required for tattoos. We gather the all information we need via the booking request form and subsequent email correspondence.

Laser Tattoo Removal

In person consultations are mandatory for laser tattoo removal. Consultations cost £10 and take approximately 30 minutes. During your consultation, your clinician will ask you a series of questions and analyse your skin to determine the best setting for the laser. A patch test (1-2 small shots with the Laser) will be performed to ensure no adverse effects). We can then schedule your appointment a minimum of 3 days after your consultation. 

Your tattoo design will be ready at the time of your appointment. Your artist will work with you to fine tune your design and make any adjustments you would like. 

Please note, it is not possible to get a copy of your design prior to your appointment. 

Please be on time for your appointment, your slot is reserved only for you. 

Tattoo

It’s a good idea to bring a sugary drink and a snack as its common for blood sugar levels to fall while having a tattoo resulting in dizziness. If diabetic, taking medication or have a medical condition please seek medical advice prior to booking your appointment. 

If you want to use numbing cream, it must be applied a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your appointment.

Laser Tattoo Removal

DO NOT use sun-beds, sun bathe or use tanning cream for a minimum of 30 days prior to your treatment.

Your artist will provided you with a copy of tattoo aftercare instructions to take home.

To summarise, once your tattoo has been completed, your artist will wrap the area of the tattoo in clingfilm. When you get home, you should remove the wrapping and rinse the tattoo using soapy water. DO NOT SCRUB. Then pat the area dry with a towel and apply tattoo aftercare cream / balm. The tattoo aftercare should be applied little and often to ensure the tattoo remains moisturised and heals to its fullest potential. DO NOT pick, scratch or excessively your new tattoo. Avoid direct sun exposure, steam rooms, saunas, hot baths / showers and excessive exercise for a minimum of 14 days.

Laser Tattoo Removal

Your clinician will provided you with a copy of laser tattoo removal aftercare instructions to take home.

The use of 100% Aloe Vera gel is recommended directly after treatment and for a further few days if required. A cold compress can be used if the area feels hot or uncomfortable. A high SPF 30+ should be applied when outside for 4 weeks after treatment. 

Avoid, steam rooms, saunas, hot baths / showers, excessive exercise and do not use anti-inflammatory products  for a minimum of 7 days after treatment.

Laser Tattoo Removal

We do not currently stock aftercare for laser tattoo removal. There are a variety of products available on Amazon.
